Bank account: Bank BPS O/GDYNIA 09 1930 1943 2470 0414 2153 0001 REGULATIONS – "LARGO" MARINA INTRODUCTION 1. Largo Marina accepts all sailing and motor yachts (electric drive). 2. Watercraft crews using the yacht basin are obliged to inform the Marina Boatswain immediately upon arrival by phone or directly at the boatswain's office. Any launching or slipping of vessels may only take place after obtaining the Boatswain's consent. VESSEL MOORING 3. The mooring spot is designated by the Marina Boatswain. * the season is defined as the period from April 19 to October 13, * prices for a given season are specified in the Marina price list, * mooring of yachts (Residents) OUTSIDE the season involves additional fees (15 PLN per day). 4. Persons wishing to purchase a seasonal spot (Residents) may moor in places indicated by the Boatswain. NOTE – Residents who have moored in the Marina for more than 5 seasons are entitled to a 10% discount, provided full payment is made by 16.02.24. * Residents who purchase a spot annually have priority in booking a mooring space. 5. The spot is assigned for a given season no earlier than March 15 each year. NOTE: payments may be made after the specified deadline only with the Boatswain's consent - otherwise, the spot will not be granted and the fee will be refunded. 6. In case of unauthorized slipping or occupying a spot without payment, points 12 or 13 of these regulations may be applied. 7. Spots assigned to vessels temporarily using the Marina are not permanent. Upon the Boatswain's request, the crew is obliged to move the vessel to another indicated spot. 8. In the absence of contact with the owner (crew) or failure to comply with a request to move, the Marina Boatswain may move the vessel. 9. All formalities related to temporary yacht mooring in the Marina, including fees, must be settled immediately after docking at the Marina office or the resort reception. FEES 10. Mooring and slipping fees are regulated by the price list for the given sailing season. 11. Fees for mooring spots in the Marina are paid in advance in cash or by card for the declared stay duration. 12. If a vessel stays longer than the period paid for, the crew should immediately pay for the additional days. 13. Any vessel failing to settle fees or refusing to provide or sign relevant documents will be required by the Marina management (if necessary, in the presence of the Police or a LARGO representative) to leave the Marina immediately. Simultaneously, in case of overdue payments, the Marina management will submit an application to enter the debtor into the registry of insolvent debtors of the National Court Register. 14. A vessel that does not report its departure from the Marina will continue to be charged mooring fees. SAFETY 15. Vessels entering and leaving are required to move through the port at minimum speed. 16. It is forbidden to perform any activities that may pollute the environment or pose a threat to people, animals, or property, specifically: a) throwing any waste overboard - all waste must be disposed of in closed plastic bags at the waste segregation point; b) pouring diesel, gasoline, or using chemical substances in a way that allows pollutants to enter the environment; c) performing any repair work on vessels in the water or on the quay without the Marina management's consent; d) dragging anchors; e) using loud sound signals; f) jumping into the water and swimming within the yacht basin area; g) fishing from the piers. 17. It is forbidden to block or obstruct the piers or create dangerous situations for people and vessels. 18. Vessel crews are obliged to comply with fire safety regulations. 19. Neither the Marina staff nor the Marina is responsible for damage to yachts, their equipment, or crew property. 20. A safe method of mooring yachts is recommended by using appropriate lines, springs, etc. THE MARINA PROVIDES * seasonal magnetic card (entry, sanitary facilities, pier, sailor discounts) * preparation of mooring spots * access to water and electricity * access to toilets and showers * collection of waste generated during the stay (additional seasonal fee according to the Marina price list) * parking space FINAL PROVISIONS 21. It is possible to display advertisements on the marina grounds after signing an agreement with the Marina management. 22. Advertisements not previously agreed upon with the Marina management will be dismantled and stored at the owner's expense. 23. All persons staying on the marina grounds are obliged to comply with these regulations and instructions issued by the Marina staff. 24. Entering the Marina grounds and using its services is equivalent to accepting the terms and rules covered by these regulations. 25. For any damage to marina equipment or environmental pollution, all crew members of the vessel that caused it are jointly and severally liable according to the damage report. 26. In case of violation of the Regulations and other applicable laws (based on a note prepared by the Boatswain), relevant services (Police, Municipal Guard) are authorized to intervene to restore legal order and punish those responsible for the violation.
